Host An Event
Build a greener, more sustainable community by hosting a Tree-Plenish event and offsetting your school's energy consumption. All of our tree-planting events take place in the spring and the planning happens throughout the school year.

Tree-Duce, Tree-Use, Tree-Cycle
During the beginning months of the school year, Tree-Plenish recruits student leaders to host community-wide tree-planting events that are representative of their school’s annual energy usage. These events come at no cost to you or your school, and Tree-Plenish will mentor you throughout the planning process, offering resources and guidance. Examples of this mentorship include: chat support and virtual Office Hours, the creation of an event webpage, supplying saplings for the event, etc.
How it Works
Contact our team so that we can support you throughout the planning process!
We recruit high school students to host tree-planting events.
September - October
Event organizing begins. Dates are picked, sapling goals are set, and marketing strategies are discussed.
October - November
Work with us and your school to create a goal number of saplings to plant based on your school's energy consumption.
We launch event marketing, which consists of publishing your event website and launching sapling order forms.
Late December
You don't have to worry about creating the website. We will do that for you!
Students market their events to recruit community members to order saplings or to volunteer to plant saplings on the day of the event.
January - March
Increase awareness by asking members of your community to order a sapling or volunteer.
Try to meet your sapling goal by this time.
We close the saplings forms, order the saplings, and ship them to the schools.
March
Assign volunteers a list of locations to plant saplings and have fun!
On the day of the event, schools host their events and volunteers plant the saplings across their community.
March - May

Hosting an event with Tree-Plenish is the most ideal method to help out our one and only earth while also spreading love and positivity within your community!
The experience was great! The event planning was very well thought out and organized, and the event itself was incredible. By hosting the event I feel that I have made a lasting impact on my community and the environment overall.
THE MASCONOMET REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ENVIRONMENTAL CLUB
Together, we planted 550 trees in the community – enough to one day offset 5.5 million sheets of paper. We received nothing but positive feedback from the community and feel proud to have made such an effective impact on our environment.
