August Newsletter

We hope everyone is enjoying their summer and getting ready to go back to school! We’re excited to reconnect with all our schools who have hosted amazing events this past spring, and get in touch with schools new to Tree-Plenish. If you are interested in hosting an event for this upcoming event season, make sure to fill out this interest form, so you can get all the necessary information

To make sure you are staying connected with all things Tree-Plenish, make sure to follow us on Instagram and TikTok at Treeplenish.

If you’re looking to find community with other young environmentalists, and opportunities then you should check out GenSea! It’s an online forum for like-minded young environmentalists, and organizations to share ideas and to invite others to their events.  On August 21st, Tree-Plenish will be launching our group on the platform, and we can’t wait to connect with all of you and your ideas!

As you gear up for the back-to-school season, we're excited to create a space for our GenSea community members to get inspired by young ocean advocates who are leading impactful projects and campaigns in their communities. Tree-Plenish will be sharing our story, and how folks can get involved with this year's event season. If you’re interested, the meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 28th from 8pm-9pm EDT.

Wondering about news and opinions on the environment? Be sure to check out the Tree-Plenish blog to read and comment on the works written by fellow students concerned about climate change. A recent blog considers trees and water quality, while another shares her thoughts on the state of recycling
